Liberal Arts

Academic studies (such as language, philosophy, history, literature, abstract science) in a college or university intended to provide general knowledge and to develop intellectual skills (such as reasoning and judgment-making) as opposed to professional or vocational skills.

Library

School facility where students can borrow books and multi-media materials at no expense for the purpose of study as well as enjoyment. Some libraries have rooms that can be reserved and used for private study.
