Common questions
How many English language schools are there in Boston?
Our directory lists 5 programs, with 3 recorded CEA accreditations and 3 confirmed SEVP matches. CEA accreditation, EnglishUSA membership and SEVP certification are separate checks. Confirm the specific school and campus in the DHS school search and ask its designated school official about Form I-20 eligibility. 3 are run independently or by a university and 2 are locations of national operators.
How much does it cost to study English in Boston?
None of the 5 programs in Boston publish a rate we have been able to confirm, so this page carries no price for any of them. We publish a figure only where we have read it off the school's own page.
Can you study English in Boston without a student visa?
For an English course in Boston, a weekly hour count does not by itself establish permission to study as a visitor. Language training generally uses the student route; the visitor exception is limited to a short recreational, non-credit course during a tourist visit. Confirm the actual course and your circumstances before booking.
