What this site is
A directory of 378 primary English-language program listings in the United States, 281 of them with CEA accreditation records, with the weekly price where the school publishes one, the visa position and a route to apply directly to the school. It is operated by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a small independent publisher in Washington State that also runs other education publications.
Commercial relationships
ApplyESL does not charge students to use the directory. The international-student directory is unsponsored, and schools cannot pay for a higher position. Two Teach English credential guides contain clearly labeled listings from our affiliate partners. Our disclosure page explains how those placements work.
Student-directory rankings and ordering are never for sale. Paid placements elsewhere are labeled before they appear.
Where the data comes from
Program names, locations and course types are compiled from schools' own published material and from two sources: the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation's accredited-sites export, and the EnglishUSA member directory. We publish no estimated prices. A figure appears only once we have read it off the school's own page, and the page it came from is linked next to it; a build gate refuses to publish any tuition without a currency and a source URL. Missing prices indicate gaps in our verified records; they do not establish that a school publishes no price. We are working through the directory and will not pretend a number is confirmed before it is.
What we are not
We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a continuation of any previous business that operated at this web address. Any earlier service is unrelated to this one, and no content, account, or student record from any previous operator has been carried over.
Corrections
If you find an error in a price, intake date, or visa statement, tell us. We review reports and correct confirmed errors; source-record dates change only when the corresponding facts are reverified. Schools that want their listing corrected or removed can contact us directly.
