Program details to confirm
The on-campus program has nine levels and six starts per year. Each level lasts seven weeks, followed by a one-week break, with face-to-face classes on the West or Osceola campus. Books are purchased separately. The page's CEA accreditation date ended in 2025, so current accreditation is taken from the separate current catalog listing, not this program-page copy.
The current page says four instructional hours per day in the calendar section. A nearby description says 4.5 hours including a 30-minute break; the stored figure excludes that break.
Do you need a visa for this program?
The school reports a weekly class load of 20; its unit may not equal 60 minutes. For this course at Intensive English Program, Valencia College, a weekly hour count does not by itself establish permission to study as a visitor. Language training generally uses the student route; the visitor exception is limited to a short recreational, non-credit course during a tourist visit. Confirm the actual course and your circumstances before booking.
