Receive email confirmation: You will receive an email from ApplyESL.com soon after your online application has been successfully submitted. This email confirms the information on your application form.
Pay application fee: Your application will not be processed without payment of the application fee and submission of the documents requested by the school. Some schools require you to pay this application fee online by credit card along with your application.
Receive confirmation from school: The school will directly contact you after receiving your application. The school will ask you for other documents required to complete the application process.
Payments for Application Fee(Case1)
If you are applying to an ESL school that requires payment of an application fee with your online application, this fee is non-refundable and must be paid by credit card. The cardholder could be you, one of your parents, or anyone else who has given you permission to use it. Make sure that the card has not expired. Your application is not complete without payment of application fee. The personal information provided here is strictly confidential.
Some ESL schools do not require you to pay an application fee when you submit your application online. The school will directly contact you to pay the non-refundable application fee after the admissions office receives your online application.
After Applying through ApplyESL.comSoon after submitting your application, you will receive an email from ApplyESL.com confirming that the school's admissions office has officially begun to process your application. Soon thereafter, the school will directly mail you a confirmation of your acceptance and make a request for other documentation that is necessary to complete your application. The contents of this mailing will most likely include:
- Confirmation of Your Application
- Guidance on the Documents Necessary to Complete the Application
- School Brochure
- Insurance Plan (if available)
- Housing Information
- Payment Request (if necessary)

Most programs require that you send in an application fee with your application. Application process will not be completed without payment of this application fee.

Some ESL schools require that you have proof of health insurance after they have received your application. This may be health insurance from your own country that provides coverage overseas or an agreement to apply for health insurance once you have arrived abroad.
