- While attending the school, students have the option to live in on-campus dormitories or off-campus residences. Students living on-campus will be close to classes, campus activities, and other students – both American and international. For students who prefer a more independent lifestyle, off-campus residences provide more privacy and offer opportunities to interact with people in the community outside the campus environment. General English Program
- Overview
- Students who study English through Auburn Global are placed in one of five levels based on their level of English proficiency. Each level is progressively more challenging and is comprised of two classes that cover the four critical receptive and productive language skills:
• Reading/Writing
• Listening/Speaking
Each class meets for 10 hours per week. During class, students receive interactive instruction with lessons and activities designed specifically to help them achieve their individual language goals.
Students can choose from the following lengths of study:

- Depending on the academic background, level of English-language proficiency, and personal preferences, students can apply to be accepted for the Undergraduate Accelerator Programs. Students must complete 2 to 4+ English classes depend on their English program. After they finish their English program, they must take English Comp I (3 credit) and English Comp II (3 credit) towards their degree program.
Undergraduate Accelerator Programs are comprised of 3 distinct tracks and must meet the following requirements:
• Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) - 2 Semesters: GPA: 2.5+ / English: IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 77+
• Extended Accelerator Program (EAP) - 3 Semesters: GPA: 2.5+ / English: IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 60+
• Pre-Sessional English (PSE - with progression into the EAP upon successful completion): GPA: 2.5+ / English: IELTS below 5.0 or TOEFL below 60
