平素よりお世話になっております。
KUの願書締め切りに関しまして先ほど学校から返答が来ましたのでお送りしております。返答遅くなりまして申し訳ございません。

4月1日の願書締め切りに関しましては、多少は遅れても構わないとのことです。ただし、学校のお勧めとしましては4月1日までに弊社のサイトで申し込みをして頂き、残りの書類を4月1日後に少しでも早めにお送り下さいとのことでした。

＊学校からのメッセージにて
Our deadline usually extends past this April 1 deadline but it would be best if she goes ahead and starts her application before April 1st and then completes it as soon as possible once she has a chance to submit the rest of her documents. The deadline is set earlier because of the time it takes many students to get their paperwork and process visas. We just want to make sure students have a good chance to arrive on time for the Fall semester.
