学校担当者よりＥメールにて回答が来ているかと思いますが、念のために回答差し上げております。
現在通われている大学の成績証明書ですと受領可能とのことですが、英語と日本語の両方である必要がございます。
または高校の卒業証明書、高校の成績証明書（英語と日本語の両方）にて受領が可能となっております。

I can accept a copy of her current university transcripts. They do need to be in English and the original language. So, if it is easier for her to get a different document in both languages I will accept the following:

High school completion certificate
Completed high school transcripts
Incomplete university transcripts (as described above)
