- The Intensive English Program at the University of Southern California provides personalized language instruction for academic and career advancement, cultural activities and unparalleled student support. With levels of instruction from beginning to advanced, the Intensive English Program courses meet the needs of each student’s unique skillset.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
• Small, interactive classes taught by expert instructors on the USC urban park campus
• Fast and focused curriculum to rapidly improve English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
• Conversation Groups and Drop-in Tutoring are included in program fees and offered in addition to the 20-hours per week of instruction
• Full access to USC services and facilities (e.g., pool, gym, libraires, health center)
• Undergraduate admission workshops & SAT preparation available (a number of partner institutions accept completion of USC International Academy levels instead of TOEFL iBT/ IELTS scores); students can gain admission to select universities without taking the TOEFL iBT or IELTS - Data

- From Los Angeles International Airport:
The USC Language Academy provides free airport pick-up service that brings students directly to campus; it takes approximately 30 minutes. Taxis that cost approximately US$40 and arrive on campus in 30 minutes are also available. The campus is also accessible by buses that run on a limited schedule.
