Our Intensive English Program provides an excellent environment in which to study English to reach your academic, professional, or personal goals. Our experienced team of instructors and staff take time to get to know our students and give them the attention and guidance that they need for success. Our program is so much more than just English. We will teach you the academic, cultural, and technological skills that will help you to transition seamlessly to university study and to help you better adjust to life in the United States. As an NC State student, you will have access to all of the facilities at the university including the world-famous Hunt Library and the 10,000 square foot Carmichael Recreation Center. Here at the IEP, you will receive quality English instruction at a top-ranked public university in one of the best cities in the United States. We can’t wait to meet you!

密集英語課程 (IEP) (Intensive English Program (IEP) / Pathway Program)
- 課程内容
- IEP學生將掌握學術性的、文化性的和科技性的技能，為他們取得大學和事業的成功打下堅實的基礎。該課程在秋天和春天各有15周的學期，在夏天會有一個持續10周的特殊學期。IEP的對象學生為中等到高等英語水準的學生。學生報到後將被分在3個等級的班級裡：中級、高中級以及次高級。每個班級平均有15人，小班授課。
學生每週平均花費23小時的時間參與到下列課程中：寫作和語法、聽和聽寫、對話和展示技巧以及閱讀和詞彙。新生同時也要參加一個被稱為美國生活和大學文化的特殊課程，通過這門課程學生可以瞭解美國的文化以及掌握學習技巧。該大學的學生以傳幫帶的方式參加到IEP課程中，這樣IEP的學生可以獲得在羅利生活和在北卡學習的內在感受。所有IEP的學生都可以享受免費的輔導，無論是面對面還是無形中。
