关于住宿资料

当第一住宿选择已经排满，需要新的住宅时

在游学高峰期，宿舍房间都供不应求。如果你首选的宿舍以经排满，要申请另外一种住宿方式时，你要马上联络学校，声明你的第二选择，并索取新的住宿信息。不然的话， 你有可能要做第三选择。所以切记要快、快、快。

主题Request to Change Housing Option
Dear Sir or Madam:

I was recently accepted to your Intensive English Program for the session beginning on September 1, 2020.

I selected a homestay as my preferred housing option. However, I was recently informed the homestay option is not available.

I would like to choose dormitory housing as my second option. Please send me the appropriate information regarding your school’s dormitory housing including room availability, housing fees and possible pre-arranged meal plans.
