關於住宿資料

當第一住宿選擇已經排滿，需要新的住宅時

在遊學高峰期，宿舍房間都供不應求。如果你首選的宿舍以經排滿，要申請另外一種住宿方式時，你要馬上聯絡學校，聲明你的第二選擇，並索取新的住宿資料。不然的話， 你有可能要做第三選擇。所以切記要快、快、快。

主題Request to Change Housing Option
Dear Sir or Madam:

I was recently accepted to your Intensive English Program for the session beginning on September 1, 2020.

I selected a homestay as my preferred housing option. However, I was recently informed the homestay option is not available.

I would like to choose dormitory housing as my second option. Please send me the appropriate information regarding your school’s dormitory housing including room availability, housing fees and possible pre-arranged meal plans.
