Request for Housing Information

You should contact your school via e-mail if you have not received housing information despite your previous request. When contacting your school, provide your full name, the date you applied and course starting date in order to receive prompt attention. Explain to your school that you requested additional housing information and have not received a response.

E-mail Sample:

Subject: Request for Housing Information
Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to request information regarding your school’s housing options.

I was recently accepted to your Intensive English Program for the session beginning on September 1, 2020.

I have not yet received your school’s housing information despite my earlier request. Please send me information regarding your school’s housing options and its availabilities as soon as possible.
