Please Read Carefully Before You Apply
- Your application will be sent directly to the program via email. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the school in order to complete the application process. Applicants are advised to send questions directly to the school admissions office to ensure the quickest response.
- Some courses may have an application deadline. You are strongly advised to submit your application well before the course start date to ensure there is adequate time for processing.
- When submitting your application, prepare to send a copy of your passport to the school. You may also be required to pay a tuition deposit and submit additional documents. Your program may also require you to submit forms with your signature for security purposes. Please follow the instructions from your program carefully in order to complete the enrollment process.
- You must obtain a student visa in order to legally study abroad and enroll in your chosen English program. When applying for your student visa, you will submit the required forms received from your school, and other documents, to the designated embassy or consulate. We encourage you to apply to your school well in advance of your start date, to give you sufficient time to have your student visa processed.

Copy of Passport (I.D. Page)
Instructions:
(FOR ELP ON-CAMPUS COURSE ONLY) Send a copy of the page that has your picture and personal information. If you are already in the United States on a visa, please provide a copy of your visa documents. U.S. residents should provide a copy of their permanent resident card.
High School/College Diploma
Instructions:
(FOR ELP ON-CAMPUS COURSE ONLY) Please send a copy translated into English of a diploma, transcript, or letter from your school. Documents do not need to be notarized.
Bank Statement
Instructions:
(FOR ELP ON-CAMPUS COURSE ONLY) Send a copy translated into English of your bank statement, bank letter, or scholarship letter. It must include the following information: The name of the account holder, the date the document was issued (cannot be older than three months) and the amount of money in the account. If you are planning to study for 1 session, you must show a minimum bank balance of $9,548 USD. You will need a bank balance of $20,181 USD to get an I-20 for the whole program. If you have a sponsor that is a citizen or resident of the USA, he or she must include a copy of the sponsorship form with the bank statement.
