Greetings from Washington, D.C.! We are delighted that you are taking this opportunity to learn more about the exciting language programs offered in the English as a Foreign Language Program through our partnership with ApplyESL.com. Located in the center of the beautiful Georgetown campus, the EFL program has provided exceptional language instruction and cultural orientation to students for nearly 50 years. An experienced faculty with many years of teaching experience in the United States and abroad provides students with a challenging and stimulating course of study using a variety of teaching methods and up-to-date technologies. Small classes and integrated course instruction help students acquire the ability to use English fluently and develop an awareness of the distinctive qualities of American culture as they participate in a diverse language learning community. Student activities including field trips and social events allow students to explore the many attractions of Washington, D.C. and the surrounding region. We look forward to having you join the EFL program at Georgetown University. Come join us as you build your language skills and broaden you horizons!
