Founded in 1976, CES is a group of private English language schools committed to providing the highest quality English language training experience. For over 30 years, CES has specialized in teaching English to foreign students, professionals and visitors from all around the world and continues to significantly improve their English skills and prepare them for success, whether at an academic institution, in a professional setting or for personal satisfaction. The homestay option is ideal for those students who want to experience local culture first-hand as a member of a family and practice their conversational English. Students are encouraged to make their housing arrangements as early as possible due to the limited amount of space available. The school is situated in the heart of Worthing known as a friendly seaside town on England's south coast, 60 minutes from London by train. With a population of 100,000, Worthing offers students a relaxing study environment and a holiday atmosphere. The school is housed in a charming Victorian building surrounded by beautiful gardens and parks. With an agreeable climate the town has often been called, "Sunny Worthing", and the famous 8km long promenade provides a wonderful place for coastal walks and relaxation. The town center has many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and a wide range of leisure and sporting activities. From the school it is only a short walk to the sea and the city center.

Worthing is also part of the 12th largest metropolitan region in the United Kingdom formed with two neighbor cities, Brighton, Littlehampton, and some smaller towns which run along the coast.
