I was recently accepted to your Intensive English Program for the session beginning on September 1, 2004.

I selected a homestay as my preferred housing option. However, I was recently informed the homestay option is not available.

I would like to choose dormitory housing as my second option. Please send me the appropriate information regarding your school’s dormitory housing including room availability, housing fees and possible pre-arranged meal plans.

Greetings from Seoul!

Thank you very much for allowing me to stay with you as a homestay student beginning on August 1, 2004. I am very excited to experience living in your home while studying at ABC Language School.

I am a junior at Hankook University majoring in International Business. I hope to earn an MBA degree in the United States after completing my undergraduate studies.

I have been told in a letter from ABC English Language School you enjoy watching baseball games. I am a big fan of Major League baseball, as well. I hope we will have the chance to go to a baseball game together.

I will leave for the U.S. on Sunday, August 1, 2004 on Korea Airlines Flight # 12 and will arrive at JFK Airport at 4:00 pm on the same day. The airport pick-up service arranged by my school will pick me up at the airport and take me directly to your house.
