The program is offered year-round with sessions beginning every two weeks. Students enrolled in the program receive 22 hours of classroom instruction per week: 15 hours of classroom-based English instruction and 7 hours of structured study lab time.

The program is offered at 5 levels of instruction from introductory to advanced. Upon their arrival at the center, students' English skills are assessed in the areas of reading, writing, listening and speaking to ensure proper placement into an ability level. At the end of their session, students are given an End of Level test to gauge their progress and determine their readiness to advance to the next level of English study.

The program's curriculum is primarily designed for students who want to improve their listening and speaking skills without the time commitment required of an intensive program. Offering a flexible schedule for all types of schedules, the program's courses are held during the mornings while computer lab hours remain flexible throughout the day. Many students opt to spend their afternoons sightseeing, visiting colleges and universities or participating in one of the center's many activity programs.

Outside of the classroom, the center organizes plenty of opportunities for students to practice their English in a natural environment, including hiking and camping trips, lunch and dinner parties and on-campus sports competitions. Students can independently participate in local year-round festivals held throughout the city, attend professional sports games or go sightseeing to explore some of the city's vibrant, eclectic neighborhoods.

Classroom sizes average 10 students per class with a maximum of 15 students. Every effort is made to keep classes at an ideal size for effective English language instruction.
