Please Read Carefully Before You Apply
- Your online application will be emailed directly to your school. It is your responsibility to follow all instructions provided by your school to complete the application process. Applicants are advised to send all questions and correspondence directly to the admissions office of their chosen school to receive the necessary assistance to complete their enrollment.
- All courses have an application deadline that is determined by your school. You are strongly advised to submit your application at least 8 to 10 weeks prior to the course starting date.
- University of Connecticut requires you to submit a US$ 75 application fee. You can complete the payment by Credit Card only. Please remember the application fee is non-refundable even if you cancel your application.
- In order to complete this application, you will need to enter your credit card information. If invalid credit card data is entered, your application will be rejected so please be sure to complete all fields carefully. If you need to use the credit card of a family member or friend, be sure to receive their permission ahead of time and inform them of the date and amount of the transaction to avoid any problems later on.
- After submitting your online application, schools may request that you pay a tuition deposit and submit additional documents such as your financial statements. Schools may also require you to submit forms bearing your signature for security purposes. It is necessary to follow your school’s instructions carefully in order to complete the application process.
- You may be required to obtain a student visa in order to legally enter the United States and attend your ESL program. When applying for your student visa, you must submit the I-20 Form and other documents to the United States Embassy or Consulate. You are strongly advised to apply to your school far enough in advance to avoid possible delays in receiving your student visa.
