Full Intensive English Program

Please Read Carefully Before You Apply

  1. Your application will be sent directly to the program via email. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the school in order to complete the application process. Applicants are advised to send questions directly to the school admissions office to ensure the quickest response.
  2. Some courses may have an application deadline. You are strongly advised to submit your application well before the course start date to ensure there is adequate time for processing.
  3. When submitting your application, prepare to send a copy of your passport to the school. You may also be required to pay a tuition deposit and submit additional documents. Your program may also require you to submit forms with your signature for security purposes. Please follow the instructions from your program carefully in order to complete the enrollment process.
  4. You must obtain a student visa in order to legally study abroad and enroll in your chosen English program. When applying for your student visa, you will submit the required forms received from your school, and other documents, to the designated embassy or consulate. We encourage you to apply to your school well in advance of your start date, to give you sufficient time to have your student visa processed.

 Copy of Passport (I.D. Page)

Instructions:

Send ELI a copy of the full page that contains your biographic information including the machine readable section at the bottom.

 Additional Document: Copy of Passport of Any Dependents

Instructions:

If any dependents will be accompanying you, please upload a copy of their passport.

 Bank Statement

Instructions:

This can take the form of a bank statement or a bank letter, and it must show the following information: A.) The name of the account holder (either your name or the name of the person who will pay for the student’s studies) written in the English alphabet. B.) The issue date (the bank statement must be no more than 3 months old). C.) The amount of money in the account. It must show $6,433 US (or the equivalent in your home country’s currency) for each session you will attend. D.) The bank statement must be written in English.

Instructions:

If you attended any other institutions in the USA before coming to the ELI, you must send us a transcript for all programs attended. All transfer students must be in good academic standing at their previous institutions. Students who are not in good academic standing will be denied admission to the ELI.

 Financial Sponsor Statement Form

Instructions:

This is ONLY necessary if SOMEONE ELSE will pay for your studies. If your family or a friend will pay for your studies, please ask them to create and sign a letter of sponsorship. If your sponsor lives in the USA, the letter of sponsorship must be notarized.

 Previous I-20

Instructions:

If you attended any other institutions in the USA before coming to the ELI, you must send a copy of every I-20 form that you were ever issued, as well as your current visa.
